- Request information

In these instances, the Bequest may obtain the following Personal Information:
- E-mail Address
- Phone number
- Bank account details ( for payment from the Sargood Bequest into your account if your application is successful)
Use of Personal Information
If you choose to give us Personal Information, the Sargood Bequest will use it to support our relationship with you.
For example, we may post or email to you, notification of receipt of your application, request for additional information to support your application, notification of the success or failure of your application. The Bequest Trustees may contact you by phone or email to discuss your application when reviewing the applications prior to the Grants Meeting, at which all applications are presented to the Trustees for consideration.
The Sargood Bequest will not share, rent, sell or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to any other companies or organisations. The information you give is used only in the consideration of your application by the Trustees and by the Secretaries who administer the Bequest.
We will take reasonable steps to keep your Personal Information confidential and to protect it from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We have implemented and will endeavour to maintain current standards of technology and operational security to protect your Personal Information from any such interference.
If your application is successful and you have applied as an Individual, your name & the amount given will be posted to our website.
If your application is successful and you have applied as an Organisation, your Organisation’s name & the amount given will be posted to our website.

Closing date for applications is the 31st December annually.
No late applications will be considered.
